Your removals quotation, booking and payment are arranged directly with K&L and are subject to K&L’s terms and insurance arrangements. Your Alliance storage unit is booked and paid for separately under your Alliance rental agreement.
While your belongings are being handled or transported by K&L, the removals service is provided by K&L under its terms. Once your belongings have been unloaded and placed inside your Alliance unit, your Alliance storage agreement and applicable protection arrangements take effect.
Although the bookings remain separate, both teams communicate clearly and regularly work together to make the handover into and out of storage as simple as possible.
